It's about a 2 hour drive from Cancun International Airport to Hotel Panamera.

Car rental is an option if you're comfortable driving in Mexico. If not, we have a preferred shuttle company who can offer pick up and drop off from Cancun Airport to Hotel Panamera for $160 one way. Please refer to the "Hotel & Travel" tab for more details.

The Tulum Airport is about 45 minutes from Hotel Panamera and car rental is relatively easy. If you'd prefer to be picked up, our preferred shuttle company is offering pick up and drop off from Tulum Airport to Hotel Panamera for $120 one way. Please refer to the "Hotel & Travel" tab for more details.

You may be able to get an Uber from Cancun Airport to Tulum, but in-town ride share services via Uber or Lyft are not available within the town of Tulum.

Taxis are readily available, but they can be expensive and do not use meters. Always negotiate and agree on the fare in (Mexican Pesos) before getting into the car.

Credit cards are widely accepted at most hotels, car rental agencies, and major restaurants in Tulum, but cash (Mexican pesos) is still required for taxis, small shops, and cenotes. Tulum is known to experience common internet or power outages which can temporarily knock out card machines, making a backup stash of pesos a good idea to have on hand!
